I wasn't expecting too much in terms of palpable results, just because supplements and whatnot always take time to work if at all. I have always been so irregular and what felt like constant discomfort due to my unpredictable cycle, so I wasn't sure how well I'd respond. I've only gone through a single round of the routine (so, 4 tablets daily then the 10 day shake), but strangely I have had hardly any of my usual cycle symptoms eg frequent and drawn out cramps, pain, bloating. It has been totally managable and definitely feels "different" compared to before starting the routine. Notably minimal discomfort.

My sleep has also definitely changed while taking the shake (I drink it in the evening - I mix it with some cold brew fruit tea and a splash of juice and it just takes like a vitamin drink).

I'm still hoping for / looking forward to having more energy as I continue to stick to the routine, but I am already so pleased with the almost immediate results.

I'm planning to purchase the PMS bars to use for travel convenience but I quite like the shake.

All in all I'm so excited and thankful to have found Evelyn..

I started 4 months ago, and it's so brilliant to have everything in 3 simple steps. I'm just about to purchase my next subscription with the bars because the shake is difficult to drink on its own (way better with juice!)

I wouldn't normally recommend things to people and I know everyone's bodies are different, but as someone who has struggled to find any peace with my PMDD for years, this has truly made a world of difference. I can actually function each month now, something which I never thought I'd be able to say!
