I have suffered with PMDD badly since 14yrs old, but more heightened since COVID, I am now 33 and am finally getting the support I need for my body. I would get all known 20x PMDD symptoms so trust me when I say it changed my life, it absolutely changed my life! The powder and tablets kicked in as soon as i started taking them just as my PMDD symptoms started to slowly come on and I never felt the same again, I just felt back to my normal self. I've been taking these supplements for about 10 days. My PMDD was getting bad again. I was struggling at work and having anxiety attacks.
