Naturally I wasn’t sure if this approach would work for my PMDD symptoms as they always felt very severe, however, within a week I could feel a huge difference in myself and emotions.
I will definitely be continuing my subscription.
What can I say?
I am almost at the end of my month 1 out of my 3 month subscription. I have noticed a remarkable difference since I started this regime. I feel calmer and less irritable. I also haven't experienced any depressive symptoms *touch wood it lasts*. I'm so happy I stumbled across the MSN article otherwise I would never have come across this.
Negative - the juice tastes awful, but do stay with it. It tastes better with very cold water rather than tap water (easier to digest).
On the whole, I highly recommend.

Super regular couldn’t have come at a better time for me! I was lucky to meet the team behind Evelyn and was completely sold through hearing the brands mission. Supplements have always been so overwhelming to me and finally I have an easy routine that I can follow. My PMDD this month has been non existent, I was worried about Revive but I add it to a smoothie and you can barely taste it. Thank you guys for creating such an amazing product!
One month of using it made a difference, my PMDD symptoms were nowhere near as bad as usual, I didn’t feel anywhere as low as I had done the last few months. I don’t mind the taste of the powder, I think it was a lot better than other supplements I’ve tried.
