I know there’re a lot of ads out there and this is also quite a financial investment BUT there genuinely aren’t enough words for how totally worth it super regular is!! 🙉 I never ever thought I could have such a good menstrual cycle experience! Not only has cycle syncing changed my life but being able to support my body through out the entirety of my cycle has been such a gift to myself that I’m so glad I can give to my body. It’s insanse to me that I have essentially paracetamol only on Day 1 of my period and that’s it. My flow is regular, my skin is glowing through out my entire menstrual cycle and honestly my mood swings are less intense and again, feel so much more manageable. If you’re even remotely thinking of trying this product out: this is your sign, just do it! I promise you won’t regret it!! I’ve tried a lot of different “greens” out there, this one is the best (in terms of vitamin and micronutrients composition) and also the tastiest! My mum is a pharmacist and I’ve always taken a keen interest in supplements that are gonna help my skin and body, with the personal research I’ve done I am SO impressed with every element of super regular. It’s absolutely everything I take for my body and skin all in one subscription and on top of that it’s totally revolutionised my menstrual cycle experience. Like I genuinely couldn’t rave enough about this product, you just have to try it for yourself. (Don’t even get me started on the customer care team AND the goody bag you get with your subscription!!). Great brand, great product!
I've tried 1000 different things to tackle 'hell week,' but this is absolutely one of the best. I'm on my second order and already seeing real improvements - less anxiety and mood swings, and better focus in the days before my period. Oh and the Evelyn starter kit ... mind blown!
I'm already noticing changes to my mood (feeling fewer lows before my period) and massively reduced breast tenderness. So far so good.
It's hard to pinpoint just one change, but overall I mentally I feel a lot better and more in control so i'm really pleased
Having recently been diagnosed with PMDD it has been an emotional whirlwind of testing hormonal, pharmaceutical and holistic approaches to try and ease my mood swings.
