LimeLight is the campaign for PMDD awareness.
PMDD affects 1 in 20 women, yet it’s still misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and too often dismissed.
The LimeLight campaign makes it visible. By painting your fourth fingernail lime green we show solidarity for those who live with PMDD.

No! The LimeLight movement is for everyone. Those who experience PMDD, their loved ones, and anyone who wants to support better awareness and recognition of the condition.
You can paint your ring fingernail lime green or wear a LimeLight pin badge to show your support. You can do this throughout April for PMDD Awareness Month and one week every month to recognise the cyclical nature of PMDD.
PMDD impacts people for up to two weeks every month, so we encourage wearing the lime green nail (or pin) throughout your luteal phase. However, during April (PMDD Awareness Month), you can wear it at any time to maximise visibility and awareness.
No problem! You can wear a LimeLight pin badge instead - perfect for workplaces where nail polish isn’t allowed.
