I can’t really give a 5 star rating yet because i don’t fully know if they work yet until i am due on so won’t know if they have fully worked but I will say my mood feels more consistent, less down days so far since taking them. I will know more I feel like I will know more when my PMT starts. That will be the ultimate test! Xo

I am so pleased I found Evelyn Health at a time when I was struggling with my GP and being offered antidepressants for my luteal phase. I wanted a more holistic but scientifically backed approach and wanted to take control of my own health. I have been using the bundle for a year and I feel much calmer and balanced in my luteal phase. I was forgetting to take the shake in those final 10 days and didn’t particularly enjoy the taste but I absolutely love the bars and they feel like a nice little treat too. I really liked the original shake and genuinely felt it was benefiting me at the most sensitive time of my cycle but the upgraded flavour is really revolting. I don't understand why it has to be so painfully sweet. I didn't love the original but it was easy to mix with some juice and was easy to consume. I am really struggling to drink it now and unfortunately I think I may have to cancel the subscription.

I am the worst for sticking to subscriptions and am very cynical for taking unnecessary supplements. I was convinced by my partner to try Evelyn as they probably recognised my symptoms more than me ! and I grudgingly did.
I felt very different after two months of taking the shake, restore and rhythm and after 4 months I am so positively surprised by how much effect it has had on me.
I didn’t realise quite how badly I suffered from PMDD symptoms until they started going after taking Evelyn. I’ve always had very irregular periods , felt awful and mental for two weeks of every month and was pretty fed up. With consistent use of the Evelyn set my body feels better, my mind is clearer, my periods are easier and I have little to no pain. I could not be more impressed and surprised by how great it is. Now I’m a complete convert and it’s the longest I’ve stuck at a subscription and I won’t be stopping any time soon. It’s also not expensive so doesn’t annoy me when it’s renews each month!

I wish this guide was available years ago. I have struggled so much at work - I am on my 5th job in 3yrs and the pattern seems to repeat itself ... every month I plan (and plan and plan) to ensure I am ready for my luteal phase. I get ahead of myself, clear my inboxes, organise everything and plan every minute of my diary for the next 2 weeks. I also try to work from home where i can but this has always been on ongoing battle with the companies I have worked for. And then my PMDD hits and everything starts to fall apart. I can usually cope better at home - less people, less noise, less interruptions. I can plod along at my own pace. But whenever I have to go into the office, things easily spiral. I've lost count of the number of times I have cried in the toilets. This guide gives me hope - and it has also made me realise the rights I have (especially because me PMDD has been formally diagnosed).

I have been using Evelyn for 6 months now and I cannot picture being with out it. I take the full routine and it has had such a huge impact on my sleep, energy, bloating and mood. I’ve only been using the routine for 2 months however each month I’m noticing improvements, especially in month 2! My PMS symptoms have definitely reduced and my mood swings are pretty much none existent, I’m so glad I found this routine!

I Haven’t been taking Evelyn for that long. But in the short time I have been, I have definitely noticed some positive changes, my mood swings are less frequent and when I do have overwhelming emotions they feel a lot more manageable. My energy levels are up and I don’t feel groggy at certain times of day again. Unfortunately the taste of the juice part of the routine isn’t something I enjoy so will be switching to the bars to see how i get along with those. I'd say that whether you have PMDD or know someone who does, you should read this. It really explained how I feel, how I need to be spoken to and managed throughout my worst pmdd days and I think it's going to be incredibly helpful for others to read this.

At this point I'm just reading all of Evelyn's guides! They're really good and not too intense. I found this exercise one really interesting - it was really though-provoking and I'm starting to implement some of the recommendations particularly regarding the types of exercise I do throughout my cycle. I'll report back when I've tried the tips for longer, but so far, so good (like all their guides tbh)

I already have a PMDD diagnosis, but I read the work/office guide that Evelyn did and it was so good that I decided to download all their guides! I wish I'd had this before my diagnosis, it would have made things a lot easier I think, but it's also a good reminder now of how to handle myself in situations where I need to advocate for myself so definitely worth a read, even if it's just as a refresher.

This guide has been game changing - actually more so than I expected it to be to be honest - reading it gave me confidence in what I could / should say or not say. If you're struggling with your PMDD at work and just want some reassurance or guidance, definitely give this a read

I've been taking these for 3 months - they are SO good! I can always tell when im hitting my luteal phase as the cravings come and I know im desperate for these bars! And they definitely help reduce cravings, they're brilliant!

I am writing this review on Saturday morning. I have been for a run, met a friend for coffee and run some chores. Oh, and I have PMDD and I am in the middle of my luteal phase (aka HELL WEEK!!!).

I have not been able to do this for YEARS. I would normally still be in bed or on the sofa. Probably eating Cheerios out of the box. Some people will find this funny but I know a lot of PMDD girlies will really relate. I normally hate my hormones (and myself) and sometimes think super dark thoughts before my period. I have been using Evelyn now for 9 months and have seen an improvement in my symptoms every month. At first I noticed the change in my energy levels and sleep. After 4 or 5 months it was my partner who noticed that my mood had changed - less mood swings and not so irritable. He actually said 'this is the first month you have not snapped at me for no reason'. The fact I agreed with him (and did not bite his head off) speaks volumes.

I am shocked in the best possible way. I am a big believer in nutrition and supplements and know my body well enough to understand what makes a difference. These magic bars contain 8 of the supplements I was previously taking plus a few extras. And the dosages are at a fantastic level.
