And they work! I take their PMS bars with me when I head into London for work, and also after the gym on busier days. I'm particularly enjoying the salted peanut butter bar — yummy AND full of the good stuff!

I’ve loved Evelyn as a brand for a while and the new PMS Bar just reinforces why. Their approach to women’s health feels informed, honest and practical.
