We hope you love your Evelyn Health purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@evelynhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
