Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Evelyn Health purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Window of time: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging (tamper seals intact).
To initiate a return, email hello@evelynhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
Starter Kit (First orders)
Your first order may include a complimentary Starter Kit (glass water bottle, tote bag, metal storage containers, and scoop). For hygiene and safety reasons, the Starter Kit is non-returnable and non-refundable. For returns of first-time orders, a £25 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover Starter Kit and fulfilment costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (photos help). We'll make it right and cover any return shipping where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. We cover return shipping for approved damaged/incorrect items.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, items not in original packaging, or any part of the Starter Kit.
